The items were lovely BUT they took one month longer to arrive than expected. The seller was very rude when I reached out and explained that I hadn’t received the items 3 weeks after the delivery date, and implied I was lying to them and placed the blame on me rather than trying to help find a solution. Nice earrings but absolutely terrible and unpleasant customer service.
