Unfortunately, the garnet color was not the deep pomegranate ruby red as depicted. They were pink. This was very disappointing to me. The reason I chose these earrings over the Pearl ones was solely due to expecting the stones would ACTUALLY be as deep red as the picture and actual arils. I own several pieces of garnet jewelry and they are ALL deep red which I love. The metal quality was good but I wouldn’t have purchased them if the product picture had shown them in this pink shade. I wish I could exchange them for a deep red garnet pair as shown but guess you can’t guarantee that since these pink garnet stones were used despite the picture color expectation set for the customer. Summary: Quality of design and look is spectacular but the garnet color you are sent may not be the deep red depicted. Might be pink.
